Upon successful completion, Crystal Reports should now operate.

How do I fix a CR Linking Problem?

When you have completed a study and wish to view the Crystal Report, you see the following error message:

Error Message: "CR Linking Problem"

Reason: This message appears when the Crystal Report drivers that are required to view Crystal Reports are damaged or missing.

Solution: Close the PTW32 Software. Download and Install the Crystal Report drivers and reports found on the Downloads Page.
